Interaction between customers and store owners is necessary, especially when the store owner is not online or the customer has duplicate questions. To solve this problem, we have introduced the FAQs module.
Learning how to create FAQs with PageBuilder:
In the Image field: Upload image of question. Maximum file size: 4 MB. Allowed file types: JPG, GIF, PNG.
In the Question field: Add a question.
In the Answer field: Add the answer.
Click to Save to save your configuration.
